Cons

May need to work odd hours occasionally due to the dual shore resoucing model. Culture gap and time zone difference may present as challenges when first came on board.

*Mostly 9-6 work culture-so healthy work life balance *Variable pay is less compared to other companies

*Hire and Fire Policy *Lot of Politics-As I remember during recession period, when people were moved to bench, the managers chose people for client interviews based on the political clout of the individuals. *Internal Trainings are useless (5 days of training is mandatory) * Hardly any visible growth in salaries
