Good place to work. Bad compensation.

Pros

1. Good Salary structure. Only 5-10% is variable pay 2. Opportunities to learn multiple technologies 3. Not many On site opportunities

Cons

1. Hire and Fire policy. 2. Non sense salaries - 7 years 8 lacs and 3.5 years 10 lacs - both in the same project 3. Very difficult to convince higher management if you want to change your current project 4. Some managers are real bad. Thick skin, I would say from an employee perspective

Pros

Infogain is small consulting company with presence in US, Europe and India. It is a good company to work for if you are not looking for any career growth. It offers flexible work hours at bothe head quarters and to its consultants. It has a great benefits package with medical, dental, vision and 401(K) match.

Cons

Infogain has no career advancement path for its consultants. If you can play lots of politics, you can grow and be a favorite of management in Palo Alto.
