Senior management is clueless on the sales process or how to correctly respond to a solicitation. I was brought in to show them how to develop quality, compliant proposals. Management continually ignored my feedback and ultimately wanted someone who could push out a high volume of proposals as opposed to focusing on quality proposals.

I worked 8 years for IBM before joining full-time to Infolob solutions last year, Its as flexible as IBM to balance work-life. I am a middleware application developer but with infolob i got a chance to know about Oracle cloud platform since they are oracle platinum partners.
