Great company to work for!! Positive work environment where people feel valued and appreciated. Great team, you get to work with awesome experts, lots of learning opportunities (hands on with cutting edge technologies) Offered to provide continuous training in oracle domain. The job is fun, creative, meaningful and challenging in all the right ways. Great opportunities for advancement.

Pros

Infolob Solutions is very positive and out of box working place. Excellent team here doing amazing things on a daily basis. A place where we can get hands on with cutting edge technologies.Every Department is highly responsive, kind and patient which is difficult to find at many work places.HR Team is always on par with open end communication,being pro-active and making a positive impact on all employees in their professional and personal lives. Talented/Merit Resources can get ample of opportunities to explore and grow.I would definitely say, Way to Go!!!Infolob..

-not everyone on the admin staff is team orientated , there are some hard working employees but they are bad fish in the company whom belittle other staff and do not want the best for the company. -the company is more about profits than their employees -when negative feedback is given than sadly that's the only way some change would be given within the organization -company focuses on areas where it shouldn't be focused -CEO doesn't recognize what the admin staff goes thru until a bad thing happens -You only get dinged for the bad things that happen in the company , very rarely do you get rewarded for something you accomplished. They say not take anything personal but yet when something happens they like to be personal and point fingers
