      - Good work/life balance - Good benefits - Quite sociable

      Cons

      - Investment in staff - training etc not prioritised - Not a big investment in staff perks - a lot of internal change recently leading to a period of instability - high staff turnover - late in delivering commission schemes and not always achievable targets - dated office

      Good company culture; flexible attitude; stable business model which promotes job security; generally people only leave for something much better - and often they try and come back realising they made a mistake

      Cons

      Ownership structure has changed significantly - and regularly - over previous 15 years, which has destabilised workforce. Company needs a period of stability nuder current owners - which seems to be the case
