Pros

Managers are pretty friendly, trainers are patient

Cons

I've seen a lot of reviews about the US side of the company getting rid of employees who were already underpaid and overworked, then moving much of the workload to the Manila site. I'm in that Manila site. We're underpaid (1.2-1.4 USD per hour) and overworked (high quotas despite lack of actual workload) just as well, with no consideration to our local culture (we don't take well to teams constantly being shuffled). The exploitation is across the board and the work itself takes a little more studying and getting used to since these are US laws, US policies. I wish I never worked here.

Pros

They do not take kindly to any type of flexibility despite being a remote job. If you are a military spouse, you likely have kids. You won’t have time to properly care for them.

Cons

Lack of structure and flexibility
