Pros

Small teams with direct contact to supervisor. Good starting pay. The tasks of the job are relatively simple.

Cons

Management is slow to resolve HR or equipment issues. It is almost impossible to meet productivity quotes.

Post-Merger Nightmare

Pros

Most supervisors are nice, work from home, somewhat flexible on schedule, 401k

Cons

No opportunities for growth, systems stay down a lot, unrealistic production standards, you have one month to start meeting production or you are punished, they give you "report cards" based on your performance, little chance to learn, you are not rewarded for going above and beyond in quality and only rewarded for the amount of work you do. Mandatory overtime sometimes, voluntary time off other times. There is no consistency. Pay is ridiculously low. The company was decent before the merger. Now it is not a place I'd recommend to anyone.

Pros

*Work from home (at the time I was employed) *Work is simple and straightforward, occasional mandatory overtime with additional optional overtime *Very accessible work for anyone with a general familiarity with computers, training is very rigorous, from the ground up, and they don't require any previous experience

Cons

*No real upward mobility *Extremely repetitive work, it can get very boring *Fairly strict accuracy and speed goals that you will be held accountable to *Very poor benefits *Low pay
