Some learning opportunity is the only positive side of this company. Though Mostly old technology oriented company. HR never responds after you leave the company.

Cons

Treatment to employee by senior management should improve a lot. Please treat with respect. Poor salary and bonus structure w.r.t. other companies. Hidden rules that is never clearly clarified to its employee. Worst health insurance. Until you reach deductible amount, keep paying full doctor's bill for standard plan. Costly enhanced plan. No 401K match.

No room to grow. Size of organization prevented upward mobility.
