Fast-paced work environment with a built in support structure designed to fix system issues related to job functions. Knowledgeable senior management with many years of industry experience.

Cons

Continuous wide range system capability issues related to client service management. Constant organizational changes and unclear objectives lead to mismanagement of staff and reduces productivity. No coaching and almost no development of staff. Most employees experience lack of personal career growth and low overall morale.
