Need to find one for the company.

Cons

No work life balance. There is a demand to work on Weekends, 24 hours and no interest in listening to Employee personal life balance. Not attractive compensation or benefits wise. Always manipulates money management.

My direct manager was great. Unfortunately, they were the only great thing about this train wreck of a company.

Cons

Everything else. Impossible to get promoted. Impossible to get a raise. Impossible to get anyone in HR to help you. Impossible to get anyone to return an email. Everyone was miserable. There is no clear path for growth. And if they decide you can get promoted, it will take HR 45 years to approve it.

Pros

There are other businesses in the same building that don't mind if you use their microwaves. That is the only positive.

Cons

The representatives are not given the proper training, no raises or promotions (the company pays nothing close to other comparitive call centers, the systems never work and are never improved, the management lies to the carriers they administer for and expect that their employees partake in the lies, the customers are constantly put last and provided incorrect information. The turn over rate is astronomical, and people in management are very quick to micromanage and criticize the employees.
