Pros

Friendly working environment. Flexible hours and projects with highly experienced and knowledgeable people. Scope for technical growth.

Cons

Low pay. No career growth, will be stuck with same role for many years. High work pressure, no proper project planning with impossible deadlines. Will take you for granted and call you to login at any time of the day including weekends.

Pros

The job itself is fairly easy, depending on which area you work in. I get to leave all of my work at the door when I go home, so the work life balance is good.

Cons

We went from working from home 4 days a week to two days a week, with no increase in pay. The CEO straight up said "we are not a cost of living increase company" when he was asked why we charge our costumers a cost of living increase on their insurance but none of it is given to us in the form of raises or bonuses. We do not get raises of more than a few cents an hour, and I've only gotten raises twice in the almost four years I've worked here. My net pay has actually gone down since I have to go into the office more often and gas is expensive. Their time card system is so broken that they have a group chat of literally 400 employees complaining about it, and instead of fixing it, they implemented a seven strike policy where if you have more than seven late time cards, you are immediately fired. The strikes do not fall off until you haven't had another one for six months, so I have strikes from February of 2024 that haven't fallen off yet. That is pretty emblematic of this company. Instead of fixing what are clearly company-wide problems, they blame the employees. There was a gas leak in the building the other day and they still made us come in to work or use PTO if we didn't want to come in. They would not let us work from home out of concerns for our health even though we are perfectly capable of doing so two days a week. We use about six different computer systems to handle insurance accounts, and none of them play nice with each other. One of them looks like you could program the Matrix on it. Absolutely nothing is streamlined because this company is too cheap to buy new software. Managers have straight up said they don't do internal promotions because they're afraid it will be awkward to have to manage someone who used to be your peer, so there is no career growth opportunities at all. There is no HR on site. It takes an average of two weeks to hear back from any of our off-site HR representatives, depending on the severity of the problem. The more severe the problem, the longer it takes. One of my coworkers was shorted $300 on a paycheck last month and she still hasn't gotten the money because nobody is responding to her.

Pros

They are very flexible with work from home depending on your Manager. Pay is average but competitive for entry level/intermediate rolls, Company 401k match.

Cons

Raises are often late and rarely maintain the average 3% regardless of performance. Technology company but very lacking in technology. There is a lot of working with paper.
