Pros

- Decent pay for any other field but not for a programmer in Atlanta - Get to work remotely due to pandemic - Decent benefits

Cons

- Learned bad business practices when it comes to programming and irrelevant coding languages leading to most skills not being transferable to other jobs nor a since of personal growth. Just going through the motions - Have to fight to get on project that involves coding or be stuck on filler task like basic accounting work - Some managers were really bad at their jobs bringing the moral of the entire project down - Very unorganized and bureaucratic leading you to feel like just another number - Unrealistic work life balance. Due to the pandemic and half the team being offshore this meant you had to basically be on call 24/7 ( Sometimes without overtime compensation EX: Had to be in a training session at 4:00am once ) - and many more...
