No raises, pay is terrible, management is awful, lead is very simple minded, immature, unprofessional, and spends all day gossiping about other employees, no promotions, playing favorites, customer service reps are awful to customers and take delight in providing incorrect information, training is a joke and no one available to help once out of training, everyone in the office hates the lady in the back office and people are constantly saying nasty things about her and other management members so you are scared to speak with anyone, reps are expected to lie to the customers and the case managers when they call, the systems are slow and constantly down or not working for one reason or another, even the chairs in the office are broken - no arms/wheels/back. Benefits are terrible, and the management mentality is that employees are replaceable. Vacation time offered, but you are never allowed to request time off due to service levels.
