Pros

Benefits they offer are good

Cons

Management at the shared services center is horrible. They are actually promoting/not promoting people based on their skin color versus skills & education in order to “boost diversity”. In addition, if you are a favorite- you will have a job for life. If you’re a problem, they will walk you out or promote you to get rid of you from a group.

Pros

Compensation and benefits are alright and the 401k match is good.

Cons

Leadership (VP) are not aligned and look to assign blame rather coordinating for better business results. The allocation of work seems to imbalanced with some teams having a good work life balance while others are asked to work long hours.
