Pros

Teaches you how to backstab colleagues & boot lick management team Art of shifting blame to others and claiming credit on others’ efforts

Cons

Decaying management team with a trickle down effect. Personal relationships are valued more than output of work Management team talks as if they are a leading industrial player (cargill, roquette), takes action like a SME

Pros

Solid base with core business, cash available. International culture.

Cons

Stringy. Want to grow and beat competition by just wanting it, not prepared to invest into people and resource. Hoping to do everything on the cheap, trying to substitute resource with pressure. Goals and means to achieve goals are miles apart. 99% of the employees come from food science and related fields, struggle to think and operate outside this narrow box. Can only market basic starch products. Lot of fanfare about diversity but it is only about the superficial element: gender, race etc. nothing about skills, training, experience, attitude.
