Pros

You can gain a lot of extremely valuable experience to put on a resume in just 1-2 years

Cons

A lot of people use this place like a jumping pad to a better place. Expect to wear many hats and be stressed and stretched thin, priorities will change daily/weekly/monthly. A lot of backstabbing, gossip where everyone can hear, yelling. Expect a lot of oncall and a lot of sleepless nights, especially in the beginning. Seems like most process engineers are only here for 1-3 years before they switch companies/industries.

Pros

Good health benefits once you're are hired on and the majority of the worker bees are nice and friendly. The pay before they pile on additional work or as they like to call it "sharing responsibilities". You get to work from home a couple days a week. If you have your OMM card they wont fire you for failing a drug test. Trust me you'll need this after a long day of mind numbing work.

Cons

In the beginning, your work will be constantly changing. As time progresses, you'll be expected to take on more task and responsibilities. While work loads and hours increase the pay remains stagnant. During busy months you are required to work overtime no matter your situation. The atmosphere is very call center-esque, without having to answer inbound calls. You'll work in a 2.5'x2.5' space with plexiglass dividers and feel what I can only imagine a fish feels like in an aquarium. The training you receive depends on the knowledge your co-worker was given, as it is passed down from person to person. Training manuals are vague and you're expected to figure it out and go with the flow. Management secretly monitors/listens to you through the microphone on your laptop. Don't believe me try to disable the microphone setting. I didn't want to believe this. Then I had a conversation with my manager and they used specific proverbial nomenclature only I've used. Definitely TOP 3 of the worst places I've worked.
