In the beginning, your work will be constantly changing. As time progresses, you'll be expected to take on more task and responsibilities. While work loads and hours increase the pay remains stagnant. During busy months you are required to work overtime no matter your situation. Training manuals are vague and you're expected to figure it out and go with the flow. Management secretly monitors/listens to you through the microphone on your laptop. Don't believe me try to disable the microphone setting. I didn't want to believe this. Then I had a conversation with my manager and they used specific proverbial nomenclature only I've used. Definitely TOP 3 of the worst places I've worked.
