Decent place to work

Pros

Competitive salaries. Stable, growth oriented company with some advancement possibilities for some technically degreed individuals.

Cons

Challenging schedules are the norm. Regardless of your position, you are subject to being called upon at anytime of the day or night, weekends, holidays, or vacations. Some much more than others. Still a good place to work, but not what it once was. While salaries remain competitive, annual increases have not kept up with COL. Benefits have continuously eroded since1998.

Pros

Great place to learn operations and engineering.

Cons

Politics play a role in hindering career progression and initiatives. Pay is sub par in comparison to industry standards. Culture is stale and conservative. Too much turnover.
