This place is a toxic dumpster fire. Don’t expect any organizational support to help you do your job— instead, expect a catty, backwoods, ineffective leadership team and Stone Age ways of working. This organization is held together by duct tape and employees are under intense pressure to figure it out themselves. Hours are insane, layoffs are frequent, attrition is high, and if you have any other choice, go somewhere else.

Came in and first month I was there my manager made me feel like I couldn't ask questions and expected that I would just understand the project. She was regularly dismissive, not just to me, but to other people on the team as well. What could've been a could opportunity to grow and learn was ruined by a first time manager. Getting her to do 1 on 1s was like pulling teeth, and asking for help, even though she said she was open to it, was just an opportunity for her to grill you over mistakes. When I brought these things up I was told "that's not my experience with her," from upper management. From start to finish it was the worst employment experience of my life and would tell anyone who is looking to work in finance with this company to stay far, far away, unless you want to be berated by a rookie manager with no interpersonal skills.
