Pros

Compensation is pretty good and they try to do activities to cultivate a good work culture, it’s all shallow and fake unfortunately.

Cons

They have different expectations of their workers. While one worker meets the metrics and does the job, they ask more of them and micromanage them as the other worker that don’t perform as well get left alone because supervisors don’t want to bother talking to them again. There is A LOT of favoritism and a lot is banked in seniority, all pretty unfair in my opinion. No opportunity for growth and asking to learn a new thing is like pulling teeth.
