Disclaimer: First of all I am not writing this review because I am upset or disgruntled. I moved on and found another job I honestly want to help other people to be careful before making that jump. I just don't want to play nicey nice. BTW. I was not fired, I quit because I could not take that circus anymore.
1. Company grew from 500 employees to 2000 employees in short period but the mom and pop shop mentality remained in every corner of the company.
2. Executive management is to blame to run it like a mom and pop shop and feel great about it, change is not their thing.
3. Absolutely no process or structure to execute projects and management always blame people for not willing to change but the executive management is to blame for this.
4. Promise a lot in the interview and give you a hope that your skills are important and valuable for the company but once you join you need to fit with company culture, which I didn't quite understand, what it has to do with just doing things right.
5. They hire smart people but they won't let them do anything different or help succeed or be value add to the company.
6. Gossip and rumor is how the days starts in the company (at least in the areas I have seen), unfortunately it starts with the leadership team and they don't seem to manage it well.
7. Firing is the easy thing for them and they don't realize that they hired a person because they liked him/her in the first place and they don't empower the employee to do the right thing. It is always negative criticism or discouragement and finally it comes to a point of employee getting fired or quitting (I chose the later option).
8. Favoritism and selective listening to the issues only from their favorite people makes it hard to air your concern and support you.
9. The leadership direction changes everyday like the wind and everyday and I felt like I am in a James Bond movie everyday when I went to work. I used to make a joke with my wife, when she used to ask he him, how my day was?, and I used to tell her I don't know anymore and can't say it stays like that the next day.
