Pros

Opportunity to work remotely. Decent pay (base salary; not true for the bonus structure). Managers and directors are good people who really care about their jobs, are very collaborative and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

The culture is extremely toxic. You are evaluated on the extent of injecting the language of Inmar's "beliefs, standards and values" into presentations and everyday conversations. It is the single standard for performance and thought diversity is considered as rigid and not embracing "possibility thinking". There is constant restructuring -- minor or major, a reorganization occurs every 3-6 months, and lay-offs at least once per year. There is no accountability for senior leadership.

Slow employment growth, Need to learn a lot on your own, not a lot of mentorship. Low salaries. Managers play favorites.

Pros

Benefits are good at least

Cons

I don’t even know where to start. The amount of favoritism they have at that job is unbelievable. They want you to be there everyday no days off, the schedule is Monday-Friday with some Saturdays for OT but now they added mandatory Sundays on top of Saturday like we dont get paid enough for that, we have families at least one day off
