Very helpful in preparing for the interview (had extensive knowledge of the company and position I was applying for). Really appreciate the one-to-one contact I have at Innosource.

Cons

Company located out of state; but, never needed face-to-face contact, anyway.

Nice people, poor infrastructure

Pros

Company has wonderful individuals that make the day fun. Great place to start a career. CEO cares about employees and acknowledges hard work.

Cons

Supervisory Managers are not in line with upper management and not experienced enough to handle allocating clients appropriately. Working hard and succeeding on an account "pigeon holes" individuals and limits experiences. If an employee is not effective and does not meet standards, they are "rewarded" with experiences in a variety of accounts. Rather than being placed on a performance improvement plan.
