Hard work is rewarded! Family feel to the culture! Team environment! Rewarding work that is changing lives. We work hard to match talent with their future careers!

Cons

Insurance is expensive. Work life balance can be difficult-but that seems to be with every company :) and is more self inflicted, not a company issue.

I have had nothing but positive experiences thus far at InnoSource. The CEO genuinely cares about the employees, and there is always someone available to help when needed. I love my team and I can't wait to grow with the company.
