Not many. There are a handful of decent people that have stuck around through acquisitions, but they're all actively looking to leave.

Cons

Family owned company with a lot of nepotism. Terrible leadership from the top. They clearly don't care about the people that work there & if you're too successful you will be fired to they don't have to pay your commission.

Pros

Transitional work between jobs but not a long term career.

Cons

Benefits are miserable. Pay is marginal. Constant micromanagement. 0% 401k match until recently. Then they boast 1.5% match. That is an industry joke. Health insurance waiting period is a joke and doesn't meet minimum needs. Benefit management fees are not paid for by the company, it's passed on to employees.

Recruiters are good , professional. Unfortunately after you are in , the rest of them are worse

Beware of this employer! They are least concerned about the employees professional growth and well being ! They will keep pushing you until you mentally breakdown! Also , no benefits and no bench period! If you are on work visa then it is a big NO !
