      I can't really say what was a Pro

      Cons

      ACS bought 7 companies in 1 year and NONE of them have been integrated properly into ACS. If they acquire you, they cut your pay and wait for you to quit. The top management is ALL family - father, brother, daughter, son. It's actually very weird. You are not valued and leadership does not care if you quit. The family all drives BMW's, Jaguars, Bentleys and has 'reserved' spaces in front of the building sot hey can show them off. Flaunting money is so unattractive.

      Pros

      Managment is okay, do not trouble employees much decent to work for a 1 year to 2 years max till you get some experience if your new.

      Cons

      1. Too much Politics. 2. No employee satisfaction. 3. No space for growth. 4. Pay and apprasails are below the average salary. 5. Never listens to employees. 6. No form of appriciation, bonous in the year or during Christmas or New year. All you get is a "E CARD" just wishing you.

      Hi, Thanks for your feedback. It is sad to see that you have posted more "cons" than "pros" for such a people-friendly organization like us. Please understand that the average tenure of employees at innova is over 6-7 years and this wouldn't be possible, if whatever u have mentioned as "cons" is even marginally correct. We urge you to raise your concerns in a proper HR forum instead of using a public platform. Innova is perhaps the most employee friendly organization around and feel free to speak your mind.       Okay if you're in sales, stay away otherwise for the sake of your career and mental health

      Pros

      Sales people get time to find their feet. If you're good at sales you can thrive.

      Cons

      The office is depressing and most people seem stuck and with nowhere to go and would rather be anywhere else if it wasn't for their measly paycheck They do not reward good work, they are simply trying to get the most out of you without any care for your professional growth. People work with a sword over their heads. The extremely high turnover speaks for itself. Management takes no steps to address this. They dont care about employees only the cost. That said, some teams have a better experience than others. There is a lot of nepotism. They want to cut cost no matter what. The culture is pathetic, they dont do anything to boost morale. Their only tactic to improve work ethic is scare tactics. HR function is useless and are simply "yes men" for management.
