Innova is a toxic environment to work in. Staff is not treated with respect and there is no bench for billable staff. Benefits are expensive and bad (if you are an internal employee and leave with unused PTO, you LOSE it and there is NO 401K match), most operations work is offshored or in the process of being offshored, there is no communication from leadership (major changes are not announced, you learn it by word of mouth of at all), leadership does not share its vision with employees, employees are expected to use home grown tools that are extremely buggy, are not created for the work they support, and are not adequately supported. Management seems driven by useless metrics. NO paths for growth, and very few women in leadership positions. Of note, several months back staff was asked by management to provide positive reviews on Glassdoor.

1. Underpaid 2. Not valued 3. Will not pay your Paid off times left after you leave, they come up with reasons that do not make sense. 4. No progress in career 5. The managers play lot of politics they want you to listen and say yes to all they say one time you say no or do something opposite to what they say they will hold a grudge against you and will never let you succeed they will try and put and insult you. 6. They underpay you below the market base salary if you try to bring it up to the HR they make all souhts of reason to not pay you what you deserve. 7. No bonus and pay raise. 8. No benifits at all. They say we give benifits that is insurance. That is not benifits that every employer gives. Apart from insurance they do not give any other benifits. 9. The PTO and sivk leaves are manupulated at the back end by them and they say Paycheck is showing wrong.
