I see management are very helpful. Management is very good at keeping the promise and no hidden agenda and are very transparent in process and do follow the process in very honest way.

Cons

I think should give some perks like taking out for lunch and keep us more motivated 😀

Was very excited about the opportunity to learn and grow within the company.........that is what attracted me to the company, an opportunity for growth.

Cons

They don't believe in training their employees.......pretty much throw you in the position, and expect you to learn it on your own. Also, there is not an open door policy........they will not discuss your job performance with you, and let you know how you are doing. They will just let you go, without any explanation................

I used to like this company and was excited to work there. I really liked my manager who was part of senior management!

Cons

Sadly, it was time to part ways with this company. I would say lack of communication and direction were the biggest cons. They also don’t match the 401k and I heard health plans were extremely expensive. Also, they were trying to increase their visibility by asking all employees to post positive reviews in order to counteract all the negative reviews. I would not work here again and o would not recommend anyone to work here. There are SO many other staffing agencies out there. I’d rather work for one of them instead. I don’t know what the CEO does. I’ve never spoken to him or seen an email from him. He’s nonexistent. The senior management is mostly family members ( CEO, CFO, COO, and a couple of SVPs).
