Major positive changes in leadership in the past year with a heavier focus on excellence in patient care Cultural shift to a team-work approach that engages clinic and home office leadership together Feedback and creative solutions are encouraged and welcome by the clinic leaders Cross-departmental team work and support is on the rise

Cons

There are still times that our focus is pulled in too many directions at once, but it IS improving and it's coming from a place of excitement to better our organization for our patients. There are a few teams that are not quite there with the skillset needed, though leadership is actively pulling in the best people for the job so I hope this will change soon.
