I have had a positive experience working at Innovcare Health for the past 5 years. The company fosters a collaborative environment and management is approachable and values feedback. Overall the opportunities to grow and develop is strong backed by an encouraging and supportive leadership team. Work life balance is encouraged and appreciated.

Cons

Occassional communication gaps occur however that happens in most organizations and is not unusual. I have seen an increase in communication in the last year verses previous years.
