      Innovacare demonstrates a culture of integrity, respect, and compassion where challenges are seen as opportunities not roadblocks. We have a continuous supportive team no matter what market you are in someone is always willing to jump in to help you. i can't say enough about our VP of Operations in my market. She provides excellent support and leadership anytime you need her.

      Pros

      I have the ability to help and change Patients / people's lifestyle daily. Meaning, just by inviting someone to event, Bingo or Arts and Crafts. Having them feel included and comfortable in a group setting, making friends, exercising, working puzzles to keep the mind sharp. Interacting with others changes a person mood, helps with loneliness and dementia.

      Cons

      Some patients are very sick and have to move closer to their kids out of state or simply pass away. You become friendly with them, and it is the toughest part of the job. (definitely a con for me)
