I have worked in 2 different positions at Innovacare, and I love my actual job, directly providing well-being to our elderly. I enjoy what I do and I am happy with how my manager works with the team.

Cons

I truly enjoy working as Patient Care Advocate with older adults and find this aspect of the work very rewarding. However, during my time in the Call Center, I did not experience a strong sense of teamwork or sufficient consideration for employee well-being
