Unfortunately I have nothing good things to say about this company. Patients call and complain all day it’s horrible.

Cons

Typical work day consist of 8 hours a day listening to complaints all day, patients crying, yelling and cussing at you because they are upset about their medication refill, referrals etc taking weeks to receive because the people in the office are not doing their job right. Sadly the HR and supervisor do not care about their coworkers health and wellbeing. They tend to give you the run around when patients are trying to contact them about complaints. Dr’s no not stay long at this Pak Medical Group either.
