Not even sure where to start here, but the executives seem to not have a clue how to run a library software company. Staff morale is the lowest I've ever seen it in the 10+ years I've been with the company. Turnover is at epidemic levels and very little seems to be done to prevent talented, experienced staff from leaving the company. Salary levels are below industry average and bonuses for front line staff are non-existent despite (allegedly) solid profit margins. Middle management make changes without regard to how it affects front line staff or their ability to balance work tasks. There's too much talk coming from the executives and little to no action to back it up. And when action is taken, most often that action only makes things worse for lower level staff.
