Pros

Starting pay is pretty good, 401k is great, health insurance not too bad. Ten days on four days off.

Cons

Difficult to get pay raises, company penny pinches so hard to get right equipment for jobs. Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Foreman are trained to take pictures of work and report employees for any off work so you have to be on your game. Company prorates your mileage if you miss a portion of a tour. Office personnel are completely one sided. Hotels that you stay in are terrible. Company will reimburse weeks later for any money spent.

Pros

Great company to work for, fast paced work week. Lots to do, never a dull moment. If you have a good work ethic, are prompt and can get along well and work well with others there is no reason you cannot succeed at this company.

Cons

The space in the shop gets very tight when there are multiple projects going on at the same time. Good for business but difficult for working in such tight quarters, actually slows down production. Working outside is always an option but not fun or practical in the middle of January.

If you are hard working and serious about your career, this is a fantastic company to work for. They have incredible career advancement opportunities with clear paths and training to help achieve your career goals. They really reward their hard working employees and they do not stand for laziness or sub standard work. This means you will be working with an elite team where everyone works hard, pulls their own weight, and constantly strives for greatness. The work was very rewarding. There were always new challenges to tackle and with this company being on the forefront of innovation, I learnt new things every day.

Cons

This is a very fast paced business so the work can sometimes be stressful, but my coworkers were fantastic and we helped each other to be successful. Even when times were stressful, it was still a very enjoyable working environment because of the talented and motivated people I was working with.
