Pros

Great 401K. Room to grow inside the company. Plenty of work to stay busy. Generous pay raises if you are willing to work for it with strong work ethics and willingness to learn. If your idea of a workplace is to catch up on news and browse the web - you will not succeed here (reason for the higher turnover rate).

Cons

Potentially too much work at times which makes it hard to have a good work/life balance. More PTO days would help in providing a better work/life balance. A lot of tasks and responsibility falls on the Engineers, so it would be appreciated to see more recognition(in the form of pay incentives) for successful completion of projects and such.

Pros

Hard work/quality work is appreciated. There's no limit to what you can achieve and plenty of avenues to grow within the company.

Cons

The hours are long, but there's so much to do that it flies by. There's not much to do around the area, but both Charlottesville and Harrisonburg are within 30 min away.
