It’s a job that pays money

Cons

1- if your an insulator like me you are basically a hand 2- pay is not ok 3- you are nothing to them(corporate giants are all the same) 4- they’d don’t credit trades if your a welder welcome to insulating you’ll be doing it 5- they claim to pay for all this stuff but scoff at the $70 bag fee they agreed to?!?!?! Hmmm

Pay, if they actually kept you longer than a week.

Cons

Short and sweet. This place is toxic. They refuse to hire women for trades, some in office and almost none higher than administrative from what I saw. They expect people to pay hundreds out of pocket to come across country to test for the job, none of which is reimbursed upon hire. I have seen multiple people get hired and within the first week be terminated, during the apprenticeship. This place does not care about its employees, only their bottom line.

Good work experience, good salary. Nothing else.

Cons

The company has too much control over employment in the area. You are insanely overworked and are not compensated for any over time (mandatory 50 hour weeks). Very little paid time off, no sick leave, no emergency leave, and no inclement weather policy.
