The top brass seem to really want to be different than other corp vet companies.

Cons

Unfortunately, the ideals are undermined by poor decision-making and hiring from other corporate drone-type companies.

does a good job of not being noticed by employees smooth HR processes

Cons

changed PTO schedule to restarting on Jan 1 of every year for all employees instead of at hiring date. told us that in December so they effectively stole PTO from nearly everyone does not pay staff well doesnt seem helpful in finding new staff members or relief vets
