Pros
The people at this company really do care about your success which is something I realized after experiencing other work environments. Although at times you may feel like there is "tough love" involved.. they will make sure you get all of the feedback and leadership advice to advance your career if you're receptive to it and care like they do.
Cons
If you don't want to work hard and give your all, this is a big con. But they are very up-front in the beginning to make sure you're on the same page. Those that aren't legit about that don't make it... but it's as transparent as transparent gets.
