      Pros

      If I'm being honest, Innovien has been one of the best things to happen to me. This company has continued to allow me to grow as a person, as well as grow within my career, and I absolutely love it here. I have also met some of the absolute coolest people I have ever encountered. The leadership team is awe-inspiring and incredibly motivating. If you need guidance, they are always there to help, no matter what you're struggling with. Innovien is definitely a place where you can make a LOT of money, but you have to be willing to work for it. If you have the grind mentality, you will make a lot of money, it's that simple.

      Cons

      Usually people put that they would prefer remote in this section, but I love the office. I love my team, and our office space is fantastic, so ... I have no qualms with 3 days in office.

      Pros

      The sky is the limit genuinely! This is such a great opportunity especially for people right out of college making it into the workforce. Innovien has given me all the knowledge and experience on how to be successful moving forward.

      Cons

      This role is definitely for people that are wanting to be successful in the long run and willing to put in the work!

      Pros

      If you are willing to invest in your career, this is the right spot. There are a lot of opportunities for growth that are not far from reach, and are actually right in front of you if you want it. There is a great support system of leaders and peers who truly want nothing but success for each other - which I found hard to find previously in my career in staffing. The leaders at Innovien make sure expectations are clearly communicated and will help you exceed those expectations, but only if you want them for yourself. Weekly metrics are expected in a commission-based role.

      Cons

      I like having a hybrid schedule, but wish we could choose our wfh days rather than days set for us.

Thank you for the feedback on the hybrid schedule. This is something we are still looking into and have gone back and forth on about which days work best. Ultimately at the moment we have chosen set days to enable the whole team to be in together on days we typically would be celebrating company milestones or employee highlights! We will continue to evaluate this and other ideas around that could improve our hybrid schedule.
