      A hybrid work schedule. Clean office environment

      Cons

      Perks are on a performance-only basis. Unlimited PTO is structured to incentivize you to not use it. No time to ramp up to the workload.

      Potential to grow as a recruiter and earn lots through commission and promotions.

      Cons

      Company culture is not great. Favoritism shown towards account managers. Lots of micromanagement and high turnover. Long hours in an exhausting environment.
