Pros

While Innovive tries hard to match the culture of other SoCal companies, they fall short. There is a palpable divide between blue collar employees/management and white collar management.

Cons

While the building looks good and the vibes seem to indicate a chill culture, things are not what they seem. Innovive does the bare minimum to look good on the outside, but are miserly at the core.

A few really great people to work with. Free coffee.

Cons

HIGH TURNOVER Complete Lack of upper management No solid SOPs Lack of Inventory - Some due to Supply Chain and the other half due to poor management Pay is below average Work overload in each department due to so much turnover Beware of certain long term employees, they are not team players Favoritism is real as mentioned in previous reviews Lack of a cohesive work culture - every man for himself - especially in certain departments Certain departments are dead ends but if you want to stay at the same job, but work harder each year and not be compensated for it, then you found a great place!

Pros

If starting off in your career, this is a decent place to start to get some work experience.

Cons

Very little room for growth. Too much favoritism going on. If you are not in with Senior Management or those who are friends with the owner, you are not treated the same. A lack of professionalism in some areas. A real shame considering there is a group of hard working, honest individuals that work there.
