No real benefits package, low salaries, no incentives. Could be great but run as dictatorship by owner

Cons

Treat people as commodities. No loyalty towards long term employees. Run like a dictatorship with an owner who does not care. Not honest towards customers, owner makes promises that can not be kept

None really. The company has been growing tremendously so there are processes that need improvement, but those can only come with time.
