      Benefits the best I've ever seen

      Cons

      Two words...CTO and CIO. The worst I've seen ever. Iova IT leadership is fast becoming a laughing stock among the other Hospital systems.

      Pros

      You get to work for a Non-Profit. Your own satisfaction out of helping patients, when you're allowed and it doesn't interfere with patient satisfaction. Depending on which unit you're in, you may be lucky to work with people who help each other.

      Cons

      Most units don't help each other out. Most managers are more concerned about patient satisfaction then about patient welfare. They are not concerned about paying their staff well, and would rather pull in more expensive outside resources for a short time, then pay their core staff what they should. The medical benefits are not quite what you would expect when working for a hospital.
