Where to begin. This company is an actual circus. The “higher ups” only care about their salaries. I seriously cannot even begin to describe the levels of greed and incompetence I’ve witnessed while I was there. Leaders will just present what’s “good” about their departments and then pat each other on the back while departments suffer from worker shortages, constant fear of being laid off and no raises for years (even though leadership is constantly on about how well the company is doing) and are left dealing with super angry clients. Promises are never kept and they will even lie to your face saying they were never made in the first place. The last thing I will add is this is the least diverse place I have ever worked, but after working there for a couple of months, you quickly find out why. Just stay away. It’s not worth it.

They keep eliminating positions and expecting those who are left to pick up the slack. They make massive changes with no training most of the time and there is no hope for growth or movement. They keep pushing AI that isn't ready to perform at the level they want it to and continue to underpay their staff to the point that they have to get second jobs just to pay basic bills. They have not done raises in two years and the bonuses are a joke. There is no reason to go above and beyond in this company. Upper management is a joke.
