Pros

From the minute I joined I felt welcome in the company, The training and knowledge I picked up was second to non and the company really wanted every employee to be at a level where they were valuable asset to competition. My manager was excellent having worked with him previously, An absolute pleasure to be a part of his team and having left I do miss his leadership

Cons

I chose to leave in January this year due to a restructure of the business and the business strategy to put more reliance on their overseas outsource teams. Working for a UK based business and knowing how hard it is to establish good relationships, I did think that this would result in many of the current businesses to go elsewhere

Pros

Remote working and office locations.

Cons

Wicked games and toxic environments created by senior leadership and management. Everything now is outsourced of the UK from sales to operations to project management and parts of leadership management. I worked here for several years and cannot fathom as to why they reduced there UK staff over and over again.. all under the guise of "excellence" The management and senior leadership requires a serious investigation. It's extremely pally pally at the top like a school environment nothing professional about it. Ever wondered how certain people got to prime positions at the company? Not due to their work, simply because of friendships or who can brownnose the best. It is extremely upsetting to see downfall of insight, having worked here for several years they've lost all sight of what it's like to be a great company. Don't be fooled about the great place to work accolades too, these are not genuine and authentic awards.

Pros

Flexible about WFH but this is team/ manager dependent and can change at the drop of a hat

Cons

Too many to list They just let go of and/ or offshored most of their technical employees but won't show this to customers as they know offshore tech support isn't that appealing. Won't give performance reviews so you can't progress or get promoted. Sales company through and through, sell you a pipedream then never or poorly delivery it, to both customers and employees. They tried and failed as a services delivery business so now they're going back to selling licenses and monitors with their tail between their legs. Don't take on insight as a consultant expert, why would you take consultancy advice from a company that can't even enact their own improvement ideas.
