Pros

Company culture was positive and inviting. Managers where active and willing to help with any questions or concerns.

Cons

Salary is low, takes a while to start earning commission since it's an industry where companies don't like to change vendors and usually have been with the same supplier for several years.

Great Culture ! Challenging during the first 2 years however you see the success grow after.

Cons

Low Base however once you develop your accounts, commission will compensate for the low base.
