Hybrid Work Setup. The Senior Leadership is always open for suggestions on how to improve the work efficiency. Work-Life balance is very well implemented here. Lots of AMAZING people.

Cons

No retirement benefits in the Philippines so far. Hoping to have this considered in the near future.
