work form home. decent benefits.

Cons

Most teams are silos. Team members prefer to complain about other team members, no vision. Only come here if you want your career to end. Managers only want to maintain status quo. No incremental to go beyond your background. If you're just starting your IT career, can be ok for 1 - 2 years to gain experience.

Good entry level work, nothing else

Pros

If you are getting your feet wet in the IT industry for network, sysadmin, etc, this will be a good first place out of college, military, etc. You would be exposed to a lot and get to feel out some technologies, and see a corporate environment with not many expectations on prior work experience. Your lateral coworkers will be cool folks to work with.

Cons

The management is terrible and has no idea where they are headed all the way up. Google their continued history of high turnover and layoffs. Google the exec's history with prior companies also nose-diving. Even the benefits you get you will not be allowed to exercise. Great place for entry experience, then get out.
