Pros

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. They're highly responsive when they're chasing you down for interviews, but once you land the job, making them a ton of money, you're nothing to them.

Cons

No communication Payroll is inept screwing up your pay numerous times within weeks of starting and it just goes downhill from there No PTO until you work minimum 1500 hours You can't use sick time for 3 months You don't get holiday pay until you work minimum 1500 hours NO accountability when they make mistakes like making up your time sheet and submitting hours. they'll make you wait another week to get the money they owe you regardless of your bills owed Even after threats of calling BBB or quitting, they still won't let you talk to their managers. Probably because they know the BBB doesn't do anything. Insurance is horrible covering nothing Recruiters know nothing about anything. Everything has to be checked first and even then the information they give you is WRONG

Pros

There was nothing positive about working here expect for maybe that I made a few friends that also hated it there and helped me get through it.

Cons

Insight Global is like High School all over again. There are little cliques and groups that stick together and then there are some they just don't want to pay any attention to. The Sales Managers play favorites and if you aren't a beautiful sorority/Frat college alumni you will not fit in. You're expected to work and "hit numbers" every week that are sometimes impossible to do and if you don't, they make you seem like an outcast. I've never felt more judged in my entire life than working here. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT WORK HERE. You couldn't pay me enough money to go back to this place.

Your review raises a number of serious issues and outlines behaviors that we not only don’t condone but condemn. We believe it is our commitment to provide a safe, positive and productive working environment for all of our employees. While we do not address individual employee grievances in public forums, and without more specifics we are unable to investigate the specific matters you raise, if you do believe such behaviors have occurred or are ongoing, we would encourage you to contact a member of the company’s human resources department so that we can investigate and address them.

Pros

Insight global tries to tell you they are great company when you first start off in your career. Do not trust them!! They target young college graduates to start for their recruiter in training position where you are essentially the bottom of the food chain. In the beginning they show you all the fun events they do, happy hours, and team lunches. But after a few months pass, almost all that disappears and you find yourself working 60+ hours making no commission. I worked at Insight Global for over a year and brought in over $10,000 dollars a week in revenue for more than six months and I never saw a dime of that money. The fact that I made the company well over $240k within those six months and didn't see a dime is a scam. To top it off their salary is well under the living range. The only pro to this company is that some of the people who work here are really good people but the rest of it all just feels like a cult and scam.

Cons

As I mentioned above they do not give you any commission until you are in a promoted position which normally takes from 8 months - 1 year. The worst part is that the first $3,000 dollars of that commission you still don't see, it's only after you pass 3k and up they give you a whopping 7% of commission, that's only based on every dollar after the 3k. They also have extremely high turn over rates. Each year over 10-30 people quit from each office and they just replace them like they are nothing. This company does not value their people, they do not provide a living wage salary, and they promote toxic environments for young professionals. Do not join this staffing company, when there are much better staffing companies such as Areotek or Teksystems who gives you commission after a month or so. Insight global functions as a fraternity/cult and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
