Pros
This is a good first job out of college- you'll learn great time management skills and make friends if you're in a new area.
Cons
But beware- this is not somewhere you should work if you want to feel valued as an employee and have a long career at one company. They cycle through employees rather than investing in them and base promotions only partially on merit- the other half is just how much they like you which can be totally arbitrary. It is a company that feels like you never left your college's fraternity (in the worst ways). If you're not into partying, this is not a place to work because the whole company is about "personal relationships" so if you don't want to go get drunk every night with colleagues they will consider you to not be a team player. Come work here for 6 months- you'll learn great skills, meet new friends, and have an immense appreciation for the level of professionalism at every place you work afterward.
